Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in

A relative of mine gifted a plot of commercial land in favour of my minor son age 10 through a gift deed. I constructed an RCC building over the land. The land has now formally been transfered in my minor son's name by the State Govt. Rooms are being rented out on lease basis. But since my son is still minor, lease agreement can not be executed as minor contract is void. What should we do in such case?

the lease agreement may be executed by the guardian of the minor. still you may check local laws.

you have to move an application before the district judge for appointment of yourself as a guardian under guardian and wards act. After the appointment as a guardian you may act on behalf of the minor and not otherwise.
