I want to renew my leave and licence agreement for further period of 11 months.Is there a requirement of fresh agreement and registration?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, in view of the previous Agreement for Leave & License (ALL) having expired, preparation of a new ALL is advisable and recommended.
Payment of Stamp Duty thereon is mandatory.
Registration of an ALL less than or equal to a year is discretionary & optional, more than a year being mandatory.
