I have purchased a land with sale deed having an area of 5oo sq.Feet. Due to economic probelems , i decided to build a small marketing complex, with the land mortagaged to a nationalised bank. Now i have completed my project & wishes to rent out 5 shops built there. I want to know the rental laws & performa, best suited for rental agreement.

You may want to contact a local lawyer who should draft for you a 'model agreement' in terms of the local and the State laws of your area. Also be careful about the 'service tax' liability.
