Rent case in chandigarh

The rent controller,chandigarh passed provisional order on arrears of rent to be tendered in court.I am not satisfied with the period of rent,but the rate of rent is right.Can i go for revision in high court.Also,can i tender the rent in the form of bank draft in court.I want advice and favour for me as a tenant.The rent contoller will pass orders of eviction if i do not tender the rent as per his impugned oders.My counter claim bills of repair too have not been considered for adjustment at this initial stage.

first of all tender the rent as per the order and only then think about anything else or u will be evicted.

any dispute regarding rate of rent and period is a matter of trial. there are lot of remedies and options but consult lawyer for that

you can deposit the rent by way of draft in the form of Draft in the name of court and if you are not satisfied by the order you can go in revision/appeal.
