rent case in chandigarh
i came to know that there are some good professional lawyers,who make understanding with the tenant and get hold of the possession.actually,i am tenant alone in one canal bungalow in chandigarh.court case is pending in district court,chandigarh.further delaying options are sessions court and punjab high court,chandigarh.and the lanldlord is is already on the failing/down side.he in not in the possession of the said house.please get resolved my problem at the earliest.thanks.

The lawyers in India are not legally permitted to enter any kind of a "deal" with their clients or any person(s) or to develop any "understanding" with tenants.
You may want to contest your case on its own merit by engaging an Advocate.
