rent case in chandigarh

i am a tenant in chandigarh.the landlord is filling no. of rent petitions ,which are false and frivolous.my money and time is being wasted.each time,the lawyer asks for more money.i want relief and settlement.the property in one canal and i am the only tenant.the landlord has terrorist background.my funds are running short.advice me,what to do now.due to time wastage in litigation,i have no source of income too.but,believe me,i am on the winning side in the court due to my cogent and concrete evidence.
