Rent Control

This is not a problem of single individual, infact the problem faced by every middle-class person residing in Hyderabad in rental houses, as the supply is less compared to the demand, the lessors are charging high rent, infact they are exploiting them to vacate the house if they don't accept to pay high rents, though there is Rent Control Act, no one knows about it. Is there any way to protect middle class families from this problem. Note: they are paying almost 40-60% of income towards house rent. Waiting for reply
