Rent eviction case

The plaintiff who filed rent eviction case against me expired during the pendency of the suit.In his suit,he claimed ejectment due to non-payment of rent at the rate of rs.4000 p.M. For the last two years.I defended the suit and filed written statement showing the solitary receipt given by plaintiff-landlord showing the rate of rent as rs.1000 p.M.No evidence has been adduced yet and i prayed for dismissal of fraud suit due to difference in rate of rent.Actually,the rent receipt was issued after the period of claim of non-payment of rent by plaintiff.As a ggodwill,i sent three money orders to the lr of the deceased plaintiff at the rate of rs.1000 pm which were refused to accept.I have been paying all electricity bills and huge money has been spent by me on repairs in the house as a tenant after the death of the real plaintiff-landlord.Now the lr of plaintiff is praying for my defence struck off under order 15 rule 5 of cpc,without any proof of agreement claiming monthly rent as rs.4000 pm.I request what will happen now.The suit will be dismissed if the lr fails to prove the rent eviction case.
