Rent
my landlord refuse to give us rent receipt now and agree to give a writen in a note book for rent record ? would this will work for me in future thus it will harm me?please help

If he is prepared to give a writing in your note book, that may be enough evidence. In future, you may try to pay rent either by cheque or bank draft or money order.

If there is something in writing that would be considered as evidence. In the note book take his signature on a revenue receipt.
