If I am reading your email correctly, you are talking about a property in India bought under the Maharashta Housing and Area Development Authority? Unless you can get lucky and find an attorney in the United States who also happens to be licensed in India, AND is familiar with the laws related to the MHADA programs, then nobody on this board is going to be able to help you. You posted this email to attorneys in the State of California, USA, and as such, we can only answer your questions as they relate to California law. If I've missed something and this does relate to properties in the California, please repost your email without all of the acronyms so we can determine what you are talking about. I wish you good luck, but you need to find an attorney in India to help you with these questions.
