Rent Receipt
Can We Have One Rent Receipt in more than one names in case of rented premises as per Bombay Rent Act ?

rent receipt of every rented premises should be in the name of tenant.If there are more than one tenants and the Number of landlord is also more than one then the receipt can be in the name of more than one.
