Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I had rented out a commercial office space (DELHI , INDIA ) to advertising guy on a lease agreement for 11 months in court fin july 09 & a proper police verification was carried out then after. now my tenant had done some forgery & ran away, my office is locked for the past 1 month . How can i gain entry to that premises .

you move move an application before the court under whose jurisdiction your office is situate and the court would direct the police to gather evidence and then grant you permission to open your office.
