Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have rented out my Flat in Pune.My question is who is supposed to pay the society maintainance and Muncipal corporation taxes.Me or the Tenant.

It depends on terms of agreement for tenancy, if there is one. Otherwise you will have to pay municipal corporation taxes.
