Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I rented a house in bangalore 2months back. My wife has got a job around 20kms from where we stay, so finding it hard to travel. We gave 1 months notice to the owner, but she dis-agreed and said that we have to atleast stay there for 6months only after that we can leave. She says in bangalore you cannot leave the house in just 2 months. Is there a law of such kind. And suggesstions will be really helpful?

Is there any lease agreement executed between the tenant and the land lady ? Plesae clarify.
