Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

We rented out our house in Hyderabad, India to a lady who is now refusing to vacate the house. She hasn't paid the rent for over 2 years now and, when we asked for rent, filed an injunction against us saying that we are harassing her. Unfortunately, we didn't have her sign a rental agreement because she was a family friend of ours. The injunction case has been in court for a year now but it doesn't seem to be moving forward at all. Now, the lady has started some commercial business in the house and has started using the rest of our property even though we rented out only a small portion to her. We have filed an eviction suit against her but that gets adjourned every time it comes up in the court. Is there anything we can do to speed up this case? Do you have any recommendations for a good lawyer in Hyderabad to deal with a case like this? I desperately need help!
