Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have a rented premises and paying rent to a Trust.In the compund we are parking our car under a temporary shade, now the trust is demanding from us to rent, Are we suppose to pay the rent for parking the car in the vacant compound ?? and what does the law says under what section.

You have to pay rent for parking area if at the time of taking of rent you had taken the portion for your residence on rent and not mentioned anything about the car parking space.
