Renting a flat
Hi,
I am staying in pune and given my flat on lease. I have submitted all the information of my tenent in the society office. The tenent is currently unempoyed and looking for the business and therefore the column for the business address in the form. But currently he is not having business address. Since the form is not complete, society members are saying that either give business address ot vecant the flat. Please let me know is there any rule that unemployeed person cannot rent a flat?

The society may enforce its rules framed with the approval of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
