Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I request for a rights and duties of a landlord and a tenant.
Also what is the position of a tenant if the property is sub let?
Can the landlord ask the tenat to vacant the property as he is not using it any further?
Can the tenant make any such type of an agreement with the sub lettee whereby it may be stated that the tenant is not subletting the property?

the rent laws vary from state to state. however, in most of the states, sub letting is a ground for eviction.
