Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I reside in maharashtra . I am the only daughter of my parents . They stay in a tenant apartment since last 60 years . Will i legally inherit their house after death or as said by the lawyer should i pay the lawyer to get it under my name? The landlord keep"s on harassing my parent's regarding it .

As you said your parents are tenants of the said house how can you inherit their house....
its miss guiding you can not own the property unless you do not purchase the said house... a tenant shall always be a tenant...
So do not waste ur money and time in such things...
