Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am residing in India(Mumbai). I am holding a house in pagri. I am paying rental to my pagri land lord, Landlord never wants to develop the land. We are residing here since 28 Years. Landlord is torturing to vacant the house, There is proper water, Drainage problem etc., What is the procedure to develop the land. The land is 60 % Reservation (20% Railway Reservation and 40% Parking Reservation) 40% Remaining. 48 Tenants (5 Shops) Chawl System Present Area: 180-200 Sq.ft. And it is pvt Property. What is the procedure to develop please help me and do the needful in this matter. We have registered a Association in the name of Raghuveer Nagar Welfare Housing Society. And entire Tenants are supporting to us. Approximately 80% are favour with us. Please help me.
