Respected sir /madam ..

thanks for your priceless time..

sir i live in Ludhiana ,Punjab, India ..sir/madam we have a propery in ludhiana , dana mandi , new partap nagar 100 square yards house . since last 10 -12 years we have given that house on rent . tenants nor paid their rents to us and neither in court . and we put a case against them that they either leave that or pay the rent . but they did nothing . we won the case in 2008 -2009 .. and the court ordered that the tenants should empty the house and send a welf with us . but they didnt empty the house not simply. so welf applied a application in court for police protection. we have got the orders of police protection. during this time when we got police protection the tenants applied for a application in the court of their own story by writing something fake. and the main question is that can we still empty that house with the help of police protection..would the tenants application effect us .. if we tried to empty that house with police protection ordered by court would this be legal .and during police protection do we need welf too along the police ...
