Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Rights of Landlord
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know about the rights of landlord in which circumstances he has a right to ask tenant to leave the occupied premises. Basically m leaving in Govind puri near to Kalkaji. My father has been died recently due to hyper tension and we are now all dependant. We don't have other way for the livelihood. Kindly confirm is there any law which comes in our favour.

You may better engage a local counsel to initiate appropriate legal action against the tenant for vacation of your property.
