rights as a tenant
My landlord is refusing to transfer the property which i intend to sell nor does he want to take possession of the same. he wants that i surrender the shop to him for no money. what can i do ? i do not wish to continue with my business.

Well!! the option is to continue with the possession.

You may have no right to "sell" the shop. If you are interested to continue in business, you may better hand over the possession to your landlord.
