Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
What are the rights available to tenants where landlord tries selling the land under pagadi system to a builder for development. The tenants have been living in the property for over 30 years with proper rent receipts. What will be the cost involved for such development on tenants part? What do tenants loose and what do they can gain as a result of such development?
