Room maintainance charges
Sir/Madam,
I want to know that if 1 society is having same area flat then the maintainance is supposed 800/-per mth then everyone should pay Rs 800/- per mth. Suppose I am the owner and giving my flat on rent then how much rent I should pay to the society .
there is some law please sent me the law NO attach with the mail

You may be governed by bye-laws of your society read with the decisions taken by the managing committee.

It will depend on the agreement between the landlord and the tenant as to who should bear the cost of maintenance.
