Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We own a room in malad , under pagdi system, we pay the rent to the landlord very regularly every month, however we do not stay in that room since 10years, and now the landlord is forcing us to sell the room. but we are not interested in doing so as we may need it in future. How can i deal with this matter

You may refuse to accept any force and tell the landlord to proceed as per law.

at least on saturday/sunday visit the room or stay there, keep paying the rent regularly and keep some utensils and other goods in the room.
