i want to know the rule to do ownership of the room from landlord because he is harrassing me by not taking rent from me.

If the landlord is refusing to accept the rent from you, he may be thinking on the lines of eviction. It is advisable that you deposit the rent for the entire pending period in Court.
Unless the landlord is willing to give the premises to you on ownership, you cannot do anything.
