Rules for owner

i m a tenant in a pagadi system and

residing since last 6oyears.there is

a free space ahead of my house

and suddenly the owner wants to

built a tent and givw it on rent to

ppl for preparing ganpati idols.der

id no tat much space and idols r

made up of plaster of paris and the

color smell.as my grany is of

69yeras old n on 1 kidney.v tried to

tell him it wont be a fair thing to

do.he even said clothes which r

been soaked outside is not

allowed.

hence can u help me out regadring

this.his claim is i m the owner i can

do as i wont i m not doin inside ur

house.but since it is not inside it is

jus on the door.plus it is a small

space where around only 10 bikes

can be parked.is der ne law for

making tent or u can prepare

newhere u wish..r der ne safety

precautions to be taken care of..coz

in case of fire der wld be on exit

also.
