Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We are running a workshop in rent from more than 25 years. we developed the land , boundary building for office, shade with steel structure , toilet, submercible pump, etc.
Now the landlord asking for land and he will construct some commercial building. he dont want to give any space in his commercial building or any money.
what are our rights in this regard.please tell us. Ravi

have you developed the land with consent of landlord? what does your rent agreement say?
