Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although I advised you earlier in Marathi that you should find a buyer if you wished to sell your kul kayda land, I just thought retrospectively and I realized that kul kayda land in Hindu religion is never sold to a third party, but it is built upon :

a) with the construction of a temple on the land in the name of the deity along with facility for lodging and boarding of devotees or;

b) with the construction of a school & college on the land for imparting education to children.

I personally feel you should work in the above direction.
