Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hi I have a shop which is under Pagadi system, I am the tenant.

Now I have rented the shop to another person, so do the owner have any right in the remuneration that I receive from the person I have rented the shop. If so then what should be done so that the owner does not gets involved in this transaction.

The owner should come to know about your sub letting of your shop or else he can file a petition on this ground for eviction.

owner's consent is required for subletting the shop otherwise he can file a case for eviction against you on that ground
