i had given a shop on rent with agreement of 1 year in 2001 and i did not take shop back please tell me how i can get my shop back

Was the shop let out on agreement or without agreement?

Once your agreement is lapsed and you did not renewed then it is persumed that the agreement is continued. and you can evict him through rent controller and your lawyer will tell you the grounds.
