Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I got a shop on rent in April 2009. Now the shop owner is asking to leave the shop without any prior notice. There had been no agreement between us. Can I get some months' time legally?

You are legally authorized to stay in the shop, if you are paying rent regularly.
So immediatly file the case in the court and he will not be able to evict you for many years or forever.
