i am having a shop on rent which comes under cloth company limited i am having shares also in the same company` now i want to add my son name in bhada chitthi so company lawyer given me agreement to sing .in agreement ther is one claw is that i can t sell morgage or transfer the tennency righets is it by law?

yes without the written authority/ permission you can't sell mortgage or transfer tenancy rights
