I have a shop in rent for last 14 year, now my landlord is saying to leave the house. please tell me what rights i have to not to leave shop. The shop is my Income source.

for that you may have to file a civil suit restraining your landlord from getting you evicted without following due process of law, once he files a suit for eviction, you may defend the same.
