Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have a shop in a shopping complex and my shop has been unused for the past 12 years. A registered society was formed in the shopping complex 3 years ago. Is it mandatory to become a member of the society even if I am not using any of the benefits as I do not actively make use of my shop?

Better to get membership, it will help you else someone may get illegal possession then nobody will help you.
Good luck.
