i've a shop which has been let out, can u tell me what tenancy act that i come into..... if he doesn't vacate wen i ask him to do so, wat are my rights...?

if you are in Andhra Pradesh then it is Andhra Pradesh Rent Act: in Maharashtra it is Maharashtra Rent Act and so on.
