Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir,
Am now at age of 65, owner a small shop and it is rented to a person for the past 27 years. Now i havnt any other source of income and he is paying only nominal rent ( Rs 500/month ....market rate is min of 4500/month ) I several times ask him to leave that shop and he is refused, my financial condition is very bad now. There is any chance to get back my property back to me in legal way...
Kindly reply to this matter....
