Please drawing ur attention that case of evicition of shop rented filed by me on this ground that my wife need that shop. Tenent was not paying monthly rent. I recovered rent through court as per agreement.after paying rent of 24 months i.e up to feb 2009. After the recovery tenent stoped monthly rent.Now I sold that shop.Tenent liable to vaccate that shop or not by law?

once you have sold the shop, the new owner has to be substituted in the eviction petition but that would not help as you had filed eviction on the ground of bonafide requirement.
