Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, I have a house in Chandigarh(India) and I live on the ground floor and my sister lives on second floor for the last 20 years. The 100% share of this house has been transferred in my name by the estate office after parents death. As per will my sister and her family can live till her last breathe without paying any rent. The relation with my sister are not normal. She has two daughters one is married & second is unmarried. My brother-in-law is no more. My parents have mentioned in the will that after their daughters marriage their husbands will have no role in the property. Now if my sister is no more and one of her son in law comes and stays at 2nd floor without our permission what legal action can be taken against them. Please reply.
