Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, I have a house in Chandigarh(India) and I live on the ground floor and my sister lives on second floor for the last 20 years. The 100% share of this house has been transferred in my name by the estate office. As per will my sister and her family can live till her last breathe without paying any rent. She has two daughters one is married & second is unmarried. My brother-in-law is no more. My parents have mentioned in the will that after their daughter�s marriage their husbands will have no role in the property. Now

now .if u want to take any action on the property than get the probate of will done and u can use the property in the way u want...
probate will give authenticity to the will and will assert your right
