Ihave some property for my name This is my father give me Already my name certified from registrar offiece. My father before three year un expected died. My father also previouss sub registrar govt servant. But sir one main problem this property no write and transfer my name as ownership.

Now this same property may be take road devolopment authority for NH 47.Now I know from punchayat my property need ownership otherwise not get any cash from govt taken property . I don.t know before this ownershirp rules Sir now what can I do sir , I don.t get money from govt??????

what can i do sir kindly give your valuable suggestion please please please I request you

You should get compensation from the authorities. If the land is still in the name of your father, all his legal heirs may be entitled to the compensation amount.
