sir opposit parti can submit ambenment or 2 reply if on the first date he submit his reply against application case is under up urban buldings rent and eviction act 1972 sec21(1)(a) some points miss by mistake in first reply

yes, if there is still time left for the reply, then, one may file an application for amendment of reply along with the amended reply under the provisions of Order VI Rule 17 Code of Civil Procedure giving the reason of missing the points. However if the points are legal then all such points may be taken at any stage by the above procedure.
