sir, we have rent a land abt 1600 sq/ft before 25 years ,and now we wnt to vacate that tenent,,but he is not vacating from there ,what is the procedure to vacate him,,please reply

give full facts including the state in which land is situated, whether land is agricultural, residential or commercial/industrial, amount of monthly rent, whether rent paid or not, owner/landlord is alive and same who rented it.
