Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir,Frm last 5 months am staying in rented house with my family.Sudenlt two moths back My House owner has made the agreement to my nibhour for sale of house.At the time of agreement they both have not informed abt the sale of house.Later my owner says he is selling the house to my neighbour he will make u continiue as tenant later also. But last month my owner says The buyer needs Vacant postion so he needs to vacate in a mounth. But we never had any writen agreement while occupaying the house.All was on verbal.Please do advice what to do to stay back as teneant. its not 6 months i hav occupied the house.Some one adviced me to put a cavieat.I dont know what is it.nd what will be the fees for appying it?Give me sugesstion to continue as tenant.
