Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
sir,
i wish to lease out my shop for a specific period of three years without any renewal clause ,by registering the ALL .The monthly compensation will be around Rs 25000/- p.m ,can i put some stricter penalty clauses like "if the lessee fails to vacate the premises on the due date than the lessor can claim any amount or say R s 2000/3000 per day as penalty till the premises is vacant and the costs of litigation will have to be borne by the lessee.will it be valid please clarify the same in detail
