Sir,
i have rented my property to A BANK FOR NINE YEARS ,THREE YEARS ARE GONE AND AFTER MY SEVERAL REQUEST THE BANK IS NOT REGISTERING THE DOCOMENT, PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO.

if the bank had been paying the rent for last three years then atleast the relationship is established.
Secondly if the registration of lease deed was a clause in the lease deed then you may send a notice to the bank for registration of the deed or else you will have to file a suit for specific performance of the condition of registration.
