Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hello Sir/Madam,
Please let me know if it is safe to lease my commercial building to a government organization as I am being told that they may not vacate the premises after the lease term expires and it would be very difficult to fight and win a case with them. Is the law lenient to goverment organizations when it comes to such violations? Would I end up being forced to keep them in the premises for as long as they please? Thank you for the assistance.

it depends upon your lease deed or local law.
plz contact any local lawyer before leasing your property.
Otherwise law is same for all.
