hello sir..my question is i gave my property to hdfc bank on lease for 9 year and there was no prior lease termination cause in our lease even after banks officer with his melafied intense terminate my lease and shift bank to other premises..in just 6 year still there is 3 year left in my contract..now pls guide me what can i do to get justice..and i m entitle to get rent of remaining 3 yr of lease period????

it depends upon terms of lease. if it is fixed term lease for nine years, you may ask for specific performance of the lease or damages of rent in lieu of the specific performance

you may file a suit for recovery of rent and also implead the employees as party to the suit who acted in a malafide manner.
