SRA property dispute
SRA property dispute among family, I &my family stays with my heridatery property, now bldg constructed agreement has been done with mother. all brothers wants tosell the property,they hv another alternative but i dont. I hv all rationcard of the said premises on my name & staying since last 15 yrs. i dont want to sell that property, i dont have any other alternate. can i get the posession of that property with the help of staying sice 15yrs & my brothers has accomodation of their own.
kindly suggest me what to do about the matter

You have all rights on the property and without your consent Property can't be to sold.
